Limousine Bull and the future

Limousine Bull would like to thank all the artists, members and non members for their contributions to our A4 Fundraising Exhibition, we had an excellent number of entries and reasonable sales.

As most of you will be aware Limousine Bull faces some difficult challenges in adapting to the current financial situations facing all arts organisations regarding funding. This has meant reconsidering the way we programme our events and whether we move from our current location. We would like to thank all the people who have supported Limousine Bull over the years and contributed their time and effort and assure you all that we as a committee are doing our best to restructure and develop our practice while maintaining Limousine Bull’s constitutional priorities and curatorial vision. We choose to believe this is an opportunity for Limousine Bull to grow and embrace new ways of promoting, supporting and showcasing contemporary art within Aberdeen.

With this in mind our programme of events for the coming months will not be as rigid or frequent and until Limousine Bull has configured a long term strategy to put in place, we will be working with artists to produce pop-up events and activities and will keep you all informed of everything and anything that is going on. As such however we are sad to say we will no longer be hosting “Open Doors” on Wednesdays (11-3).
